SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Sonny Days. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always communicate any delays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment and are not guaranteed. Sonny Days is not responsible for carrier delays.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Sonny Days has no control over customs processing times, which may cause additional delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Sonny Days is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at sonnydaysco@gmail.com — we will do our best to make changes before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sonny Days is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sonnydaysco@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
