RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Sonny Days, we want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused

In the same condition you received it

With all original tags attached

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
To start a return, contact us at sonnydaysco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are always free. If you'd like a different size or color, contact us at sonnydaysco@gmail.com and we'll get the right item sent out to you as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at sonnydaysco@gmail.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at sonnydaysco@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover all costs for damaged or incorrect items.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as final sale or clearance

Gift cards

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration

Items returned after the 30-day window
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
